Over more than two decades in operations, HR, administration, and community-facing programmes, that pattern appeared repeatedly: graduates with strong credentials who could not translate education into employment; skilled technicians who could not reach customers; capable suppliers excluded from procurement because they lacked information, tools, or relationships.
Azim holds an MBA in Management from the University of Chittagong and has led operations and HR across manufacturing, healthcare, IT distribution, and service organisations.
His earlier work with Islamic Relief Bangladesh and donor-funded programmes included livelihood recovery, disaster risk reduction, and procurement-related processes — experience that informs GoBiDx today.
His experience spans both workforce development and procurement ecosystems — the two foundations behind CV Hunt and GoBiDx.

GoBiDx opens the door for small producers, manufacturers, and suppliers to connect with buyers more directly — through tender discovery, RFQ workflows, and a structured supplier marketplace.
Public and private procurement often favours organisations that already have scale: internal tender teams, consultant networks, and established buyer relationships. Smaller firms with competitive quality remain invisible — not because they cannot deliver, but because they cannot access the process.
GoBiDx does not replace official government tender portals. It prepares, connects, and manages the procurement journey. Official submission to mandated portals remains the user's responsibility where required by law.

Partners participate in a revenue-sharing model defined in the Country Partner Agreement. Commercial terms, territory scope, and obligations are confirmed in writing before go-live.
Partner names are displayed on CV Hunt and GoBiDx homepages — visible co-branding, reflecting local ownership of market development.
