Welcome to CV Hunt Growth Academy
Welcome to CV Hunt Growth Academy. This is not just a reading program — here you will be developed as a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) or Local Ambassador. Every year in Bangladesh, millions of talented people enter the job market, but many lack the right opportunities, a professional CV, or a trusted digital platform. CV Hunt works to fill that gap.
In this chapter we will see the full picture: what CV Hunt is, what GoBiDx is, and how you help people as a partner. Take notes as you read — there will be discussion questions and a quiz at the end. At a normal pace, reading takes about 50–60 minutes; that is intentional — for deep learning.
The Growth Academy principle is simple: Learn → Apply → Measure → Improve. Read for about an hour each day, apply in the field, see results on your dashboard, and pick up new skills in the next chapter. Twenty chapters and three levels — that is your professional development roadmap.
The Career Visibility Problem in Bangladesh
Every year in Bangladesh, hundreds of thousands of students and job seekers enter the market. Many have skills, but they are not visible. Old-style CVs often fail company software (ATS); names never make the shortlist. Talented people become discouraged, and employers cannot find suitable candidates.
Another major problem is fragmentation. Jobs, freelancing, tutoring, home services — everything is spread across different places. People use multiple apps, rebuild profiles repeatedly, and run into trust issues. CV Hunt aims to reduce this fragmentation and bring opportunities into one place.
Small and medium businesses (SMEs) face similar problems. Tenders, procurement, supplier selection — formal processes are complex. GoBiDx works to bring digital discipline and order to this B2B space. As a BDR, you present both personal career opportunities (CV Hunt) and business opportunities (GoBiDx).
- Skills vs. visibility: Skills exist, but interview calls do not come
- ATS problem: Standard CV formats get rejected
- Trust problem: Fear of online fraud
- Too many options: Hard to know where to apply
- SME problem: Paperwork and quotations are hard to manage alone
What is CV Hunt?
CV Hunt is an integrated platform for jobs and opportunities in Bangladesh. Core promise: *the right people, the right opportunities, fast*. Career tools, job/gig/service marketplace, and referral income for partners — all in one place.
The platform idea: a job seeker is not just an applicant — they take ownership of their career. As an ambassador, you spread this mindset: ‘Your CV is your identity; the platform puts it in front of the right people.’
CV Hunt is not just a job board. Here career tools + marketplace + referral income come together. On the partner dashboard you share links, see sign-ups, track conversions, and earn commission. Everything is transparent — that is essential for trust.
As a BDR, remember: many types of people use CV Hunt — students, job seekers, freelancers, homemakers, career changers, family guardians, even small companies hiring staff. Each person’s needs are different, so one message will not work for everyone.
How the Referral Journey Works
The referral journey needs to be explained simply. First, a user arrives through your link. Then they start a free CV and profile. They explore the platform — jobs, gigs, services. When they see the value, they take a paid plan if needed. When they upgrade to an eligible plan, commission is added to the partner account (per program rules).
Your role differs at each step. At the start: invitation and trust; in the middle: help with setup; at the end: honest conversation about plans if needed. Not hard selling — helping.
- Step 1 — Sign-up: Account opened through your link
- Step 2 — Profile: CV and profile completed
- Step 3 — Explore: Browse jobs and opportunities
- Step 4 — Upgrade: Paid plan when needed
- Step 5 — Commission: Earnings on eligible conversions
Key Terms You Should Know
ATS-friendly CV means a CV that company screening software can read — standard headings, simple layout, relevant keywords. Premium plan means extra benefits — package details may change over time, so always check the dashboard or official information.
- Job seeker / student: Free ATS CV, job search, profile, interview prep
- Freelancer / gig worker: Tutoring, home services, project work — side income
- Guardian / family: Help for a child or relative’s career — Company & Family plan
- Career changer: Increase visibility, premium tools
- Employer / company: Find candidates, hire for projects (covered in later chapters)
CV Hunt Products and Services
As a BDR, knowing products means more than memorizing names — it means understanding who needs what, and when. Below is a brief look at CV Hunt’s main services and who gets what. Details go deeper in Chapter 3.
Who Gets What on CV Hunt
Different users get different benefits on the same platform. As a BDR, your job is to introduce the right service to the right person.
- Individual / job seeker: Resume Builder, job listings, profile, job prep tests, freelancing/services marketplace
- Student / final year: Free ATS CV + internship-ready profile + campus-friendly job feed
- Freelancer / part-time worker: Gig post/apply, tutoring, home services, project work
- Guardian / family: CV Hunter Company & Family — CV and career support for multiple family members
- Employer / SME (hiring): Find candidates, hire for projects (B2B2C angle — later chapter)
CV Builder & Resume Tools
Step-by-step ATS-compatible CV creation — contact, summary, experience, education, skills, keywords. PDF export, role-specific CV templates. You can also build a CV from an old PDF. Many people make mistakes in Word on their own; here you get consistent format and guidance.
You can say: ‘The first step to more interview calls is a professional CV.’ That is the main free-entry hook — most sign-ups start here.
Jobs and Opportunities
Job listings, filters (location, sector, experience), saved searches, direct apply. Profile completeness score is shown — incomplete profiles reduce application quality. Teach users to update profiles and search regularly.
Not only full-time jobs — internships, part-time, remote — many opportunity types in one feed.
Freelancing and Services Marketplace
Tutoring, home services (cleaning, repairs), graphic design, data entry, project work — paths to side income. Students, homemakers, part-time workers — different audiences.
A job seeker may also want to tutor on the side — on CV Hunt both are in one account. As a BDR, this is part of the ‘everything in one place’ message.
Job Preparation Tests
Hundreds of job preparation tests — for different sectors and roles. Builds confidence for interviews and written exams. Tell job seekers: ‘Not just a CV — prepare yourself.’
Life Connections & Professional Network
Professional and social networking — mentors, peers, opportunity connections. CV Hunt is not only a job board — it also offers a path to connect people with people.
CV Hunter Company & Family
For guardians, parents, or family heads — CV and career oversight for multiple members. One student and one career changer in the family — both helped on one plan. Ambassador commission on this product is at a higher rate (see official terms).
Target: parents worried about a child’s CV, or families with multiple job seekers.
Premium Plans
Extra tools, visibility boost, priority support, advanced analytics (by package). Honest selling: understand need first — free is often enough at the start. Forced upselling destroys trust.
Paid conversion = ambassador income event. But do not pressure without real need.
- CV Builder: Main free-entry hook — highest referral volume
- Job Feed: Retains users — regular return visits
- Freelancing/Services: Side income — students and homemakers
- Job Prep Tests: Interview confidence — serious job seekers
- Company & Family: Guardian audience — higher-commission product
- Premium: Income and commission — upsell when appropriate
- Partner Dashboard: Where you see performance and earnings
What is GoBiDx?
GoBiDx is the CV Hunt family’s B2B / procurement and tender intelligence platform. Tagline: *Tender Intelligence — the full tender process on one platform*. Government and private tender volume in Bangladesh is large — but SMEs manage everything in Excel, WhatsApp, and email; they miss opportunities, lose documents, and make costing errors.
GoBiDx does not replace e-GP — official submission happens on eprocure.gov.bd. GoBiDx’s job: find opportunities → check eligibility → prepare documents → costing → bid preparation → CRM tracking → post-win execution — all in a digital workflow.
You do not need to become a procurement expert on day one. As a BDR, know the core value: organized procurement, digital quotations, fewer missed opportunities. Deep tender law comes in Chapter 4.
Four User Roles on GoBiDx
GoBiDx has four main user types — each with a different dashboard and services. As a BDR, you onboard local businesses by explaining the right role.
- Tenderer / Bidder (contractor): Find govt/private tenders, eligibility check, document vault, costing, bid pricing, proposal creation, submission tracking
- Supplier: Product catalog, quote on RFQs, order and delivery tracking — does not submit tenders, but sends quotes to buyers
- Buyer: Publish RFQ, collect and compare supplier quotes, procurement audit trail — SME founder, procurement officer
- Consultant: Tender writer, lawyer, BOQ specialist — helps clients prepare bids, finds potential clients on the marketplace
GoBiDx Core Modules (Overview)
GoBiDx has 17+ modules (details in Chapter 4). As a BDR, a grouped overview is enough for confidence in the first conversation:
- Intelligence: Tender search (govt/NGO/corporate), AI tender analyzer, eligibility score, saved searches + alerts
- Documents: Company vault (trade license, VAT, TIN), AI document generator (cover letter, declaration, proposal), expiry reminders
- Finance: Cost analysis, bid pricing calculator, VAT/AIT/TDS (Bangladesh rules), bid security/pay order tracking
- CRM: Pipeline — New → Interested → Preparing → Submitted → Won/Lost
- Marketplace: Buyer publishes RFQ → supplier quotes → auto comparison
- Network: Supplier profiles, consultant marketplace, JV/partner matching
- Execution: Project milestones, delivery/demo, warranty/AMC, contract management
Who Gets What on GoBiDx
Like CV Hunt, on GoBiDx who gets what must be clear for a BDR:
- Small IT/construction firm (Tenderer): Relevant tender alerts, eligibility gap report, document vault, costing tool, CRM pipeline
- Office supply vendor (Supplier): RFQ notifications, product catalog, quote submit, order tracking — not tender bidding
- SME owner who buys (Buyer): Publish RFQ, compare multiple quotes, less email chaos, audit archive
- Freelance tender writer (Consultant): Client leads, project tracking, document collaboration
- Chamber/trade association member: Community hub, sector-specific tender tips, peer network
Ecosystem Synergy: CV Hunt + GoBiDx
The same person may be a job seeker today, a freelancer or small vendor tomorrow. In one family, a student (CV Hunt) and a business-owner father (GoBiDx) — both are users in one ecosystem. When you think CV Hunt and GoBiDx together, you are not an average promoter — you are a strategic partner.
Example 1: A graduate builds a CV on CV Hunt and gets a job; two years later starts a side business and quotes office products on GoBiDx as a supplier.
Example 2: A guardian manages two children’s CVs with CV Hunt Company & Family; for their shop they publish an RFQ on GoBiDx as a buyer to find suppliers.
Example 3: An IT freelancer does gigs on CV Hunt; later finds clients on the GoBiDx consultant marketplace as a tender writer.
Content strategy: career tips on LinkedIn (CV Hunt), tender awareness in Facebook business groups (GoBiDx) — one brand family, different audiences, different tone.
- Individual / student: CV Hunt — CV, jobs, freelancing, test prep
- SME owner / contractor: GoBiDx — tender, RFQ, supplier network
- Guardian / family: CV Hunt Company & Family + (optional) GoBiDx buyer
- Campus: CV + internship + peer referrals
- Professional groups: Skills + premium + B2B introduction
- Family network: One referral link, multiple user types — long-term value
Your Role as BDR / Local Ambassador
BDR or Local Ambassador means a local growth partner for the platform — honest promotion, setup help, relationship building. The title sounds big, but the work is simple: help people + share links + follow up + review results.
You are not a pressure-sales machine — you are a community connector. Free CV for a classmate, GoBiDx awareness at your uncle’s shop, success stories in an alumni group — all of this is BDR work.
At Foundation level, the goal is to become skilled yourself and work consistently. Later, on the Leadership track — team lead, state/country partner — covered in later chapters.
Success is measured by sign-ups, activation, paid conversion, engagement — not clicks alone, but real value.
- 1Get your unique referral link from the dashboard
- 2List 20–50 people you know
- 3Value first — not link spam
- 4After sign-up, help with CV/profile setup
- 5Soft follow-up within 7 days
- 6Review the dashboard weekly and adjust your message
Referral Economics and Partner Dashboard
When the income model is transparent, trust grows. When a user upgrades to a paid plan (on an eligible plan), commission is added — rates and plans are on the official dashboard and program terms. General rule: paid conversion = income event.
The dashboard usually shows: clicks, sign-ups, verified users, paid conversions, pending/confirmed commission. ‘Sign-up,’ ‘active user,’ and ‘paid’ are different stages — understand them.
Payout policy (thresholds, method, timing) may be updated by admin. Do not guess when you do not know — ask support.
Long term, successful ambassadors are not spammers — they nurture networks, teach the product, and protect reputation.
Ethics and Brand Representation
Representing the CV Hunt brand means avoiding false claims, fake accounts, fake discounts, and pressure. Ethics violations are the fastest path out of the programme.
Privacy: do not share phone/email together without consent. Link spam in WhatsApp groups without permission creates brand and legal risk.
You do not need to put competitors down — explain CV Hunt’s value.
For technical/refund issues — if you do not know, send to official support; do not pretend to be an expert.
- No false promises: No job/tender guarantees
- No fake proof: No fabricated testimonials
- No fraud: No self-referral with multiple accounts
- No fake urgency: No false ‘last night’ deadlines
- Respect ‘no’: Relationship matters more than one conversion
Communication Framework
In Bangladesh, Bangla speech + necessary English terms (ATS, CV Hunt, GoBiDx) often works best. Example: ‘Build a free ATS-friendly CV and increase your interview chances.’
On campus: casual Bangla; with corporate juniors: mixed; with SME owners: respectful Bangla + business terms; with diaspora audience: more English.
30-second pitch: problem → solution → action. ‘Wrong CV format gets rejected by ATS → CV Hunt free professional CV → start in 5 minutes with the link.’
Message Structure
WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn — each channel has different length. Long text works less on WhatsApp; short hooks work well on Facebook.
- Hook: Problem or question
- Solution: CV Hunt / GoBiDx
- Proof: Real example (with permission)
- Next step: Link + offer to help
- Follow-up: When to contact again
Digital Presence for Ambassadors
Your personal brand = CV Hunt’s trust representative. Clear profile photo, ambassador role in bio (per programme guidelines), avoid spam or fake profiles.
Rotate these — sharing links alone feels repetitive.
Blur sensitive info in screenshots (phone, salary, NID); use official brand assets; avoid misleading banners or fake offers.
Reply to comments within 24 hours; prioritize interested DMs; avoid public arguments — move to private messages.
- (1) Career tip
- (2) Short success story
- (3) Platform how-to
- (4) Motivation
- (5) GoBiDx business awareness
First 30 Days Playbook
Week 1 — Learn and setup: Explore the dashboard, build your own CV Hunt profile, practice your pitch, list 30 contacts, send personal messages to 5 people.

Week 3 — Optimization: Focus on channels/messages that work, optional live Q&A, introduce GoBiDx to 2 business contacts.
Week 4 — Review: Review metrics, prepare for Foundation quiz, build habit of 1 hour study + 1 hour field work daily.
If you skip the 60-minute study requirement and take the quiz, gaps will show in the next chapter — invest in reading.
- Days 1–3: Platform fluency — explore as a user yourself
- Days 4–7: First outreach — 5–10 known contacts
- Days 8–14: Follow-up + post-registration support
- Days 15–21: Content + conversion focus
- Days 22–30: Quiz prep + reflection
Objection Handling
‘Is this online fraud?’ → Show official site, verified ambassador status, free start, transparent process. Do not pressure — invite them to try free.
‘Does it guarantee a job?’ → No guarantee; it improves tools and visibility. Honesty = long-term trust.
‘Do I need Premium?’ → Depends on goals; free is often enough at the start. Assess need together.
‘I have no time’ → CV setup in 5–10 minutes; offer one screen-share help session.
‘What is GoBiDx?’ → Business tender/procurement platform; not needed for everyone on day one — for business owners.
Case Studies: Three Ambassador Paths
Campus path: Facebook group + class WhatsApp → free CV hook → many sign-ups per month → final-year premium conversions. Key: peer trust.
Community path: Local meetup + community notice (with permission) → older demographic → slower but loyal users. Key: face-to-face help.
Professional path: LinkedIn career tips + DM → lower volume, better prospects → corporate junior premium interest. Key: content authority.
Your path can be mixed — adapt, do not blindly copy one path.
