Partner FAQ
These questions come from real Country Partner conversations (Middle East, Africa, Caucasus, and other
territories). Answers are in plain language to help you decide. They are not a substitute
for the signed Country Partner Agreement — when you are ready to proceed, we send the full agreement draft
for your review before any fees are paid or territory is activated.
Commercial partnership only: You do not receive equity in IMEX Bangla, CV Hunt, or GoBiDx.
One agreement covers both CV Hunt and GoBiDx in your country.
New international partners: Phase 1 is a 90-day Non-Exclusive agreement, then
Exclusive CP if you meet the USD 2,000 Net Territory Revenue gate.
How does the 90-day Non-Exclusive Country Partner phase work?
For most new international territories we use two agreements in sequence. You first sign a
Non-Exclusive Country Partner Agreement for the first ninety (90) days after
territory go-live. You operate CV Hunt and GoBiDx locally with the same commercial model (billing through the
official platform, 50% / 50% split on Net Territory Revenue, using
IMEX global checkout — no local SMS or payment gateway required in Phase 1).
During those 90 days the agreement is non-exclusive in legal form, but HQ
will not appoint another Country Partner in your country — you have the only active CP slot
to prove performance. If you meet the USD 2,000 revenue gate (next question), you are
pre-qualified and we sign a separate Exclusive Country Partner Agreement.
If not, we use the Day 90 mutual review to decide cure, exit, or whether HQ may pursue another partner later.
What is the USD 2,000 performance gate in the first 90 days?
The gate is USD 2,000 Net Territory Revenue collected through official platform
billing within the first 90 days after go-live (minus refunds and statutory remittances — same
definition as Net Territory Revenue in the Exclusive agreement).
We use monthly revenue checkpoints aligned with Schedule B planning (each month’s
Net Territory Revenue on official billing):
Month 1 — USD 350, Month 2 — USD 700,
Month 3 — USD 950 (USD 2,000 total across the 90-day Phase 1).
Meeting the full gate pre-qualifies you for Phase 2 — a new Exclusive Country Partner
Agreement. Validation is Net Territory Revenue through official platform billing only.
Partners who already signed Exclusive agreements under older or country-specific
terms keep what is in their signed contract. New international outreach follows the revenue-gate model
above.
Do I pay HQ a USD 2,000 activation or setup fee?
On the standard new-partner path (90-day Non-Exclusive → Exclusive), you do
not pay HQ a USD 2,000 setup or activation fee at any stage. The
USD 2,000 figure is a Net Territory Revenue gate — sales through official platform billing
in your territory during Phase 1. Hit that gate and you pre-qualify for the Exclusive agreement.
If we do not proceed to a signed agreement, nothing is owed to HQ for “activation.” Go-live and support
items are defined in the Non-Exclusive and Exclusive agreement drafts we send before you sign.
What specific rights and benefits do I receive as Exclusive Country Partner?
You receive commercial partnership rights, not ownership of the company or platforms.
You become the appointed Exclusive Country Partner for CV Hunt and GoBiDx in one defined country. HQ
does not appoint a second Country Partner for that same country while your agreement is active and you
are not in material breach.
You get access to two live SaaS platforms, ongoing product development and hosting on the HQ side,
onboarding support, demo accounts, pitch and sales templates, CP admin tools, API integration support
for your local payment gateway and SMS providers, and strategic check-ins as you build the market. You
focus on business development and customer relationships locally; HQ manages technology, infrastructure,
and central platform operations.
How is the revenue share calculated (50/50 Phase 1 · 65/35 Exclusive)?
The split applies to Net Territory Revenue in your country. That means subscription
and service fees collected through the official platform billing (including amounts
received via your local payment gateway), minus customer refunds actually issued in the period, minus
VAT or other statutory amounts you collected on behalf of government and must remit to authorities.
Those tax pass-through amounts are not part of Net Territory Revenue.
Phase 1 (Non-Exclusive): from Net Territory Revenue you retain 50% and
remit 50% to HQ. Billing runs through IMEX global checkout unless your signed agreement
states otherwise.
Exclusive CP: you retain 65% and remit 35% to HQ,
typically after customer payments flow through your local payment gateway on the official
platform. No further deductions are made before the split — processor fees, HQ hosting, product
development, and your local operating costs are not taken out of your partner share. A typical Exclusive
example: Net USD 4,500 in a month → you keep USD 2,925 and remit USD 1,575 to HQ.
Will the exact revenue-share percentage be fixed in the agreement for my country?
Yes. Phase 1 Non-Exclusive agreements use 50% / 50% on Net Territory Revenue. The
Exclusive Country Partner Agreement uses 65% to the Partner and 35% to HQ. Percentages
and remittance timing (for example, within seven business days after each month-end) are confirmed in
writing for your territory in each signed agreement.
Is there an annual renewal fee? What happens after the initial term?
The standard agreement runs for an initial term (typically twenty-four months), with renewal for further
periods if both parties agree. HQ does not impose a unilateral renewal fee. Any renewal
terms — including scope and commercial arrangements — are agreed mutually in writing at
the time of renewal, based on territory performance and business conditions. Older overview documents
sometimes mentioned a small annual maintenance range; the current standard template treats renewal as a
mutual decision, not an automatic charge from HQ.
How many paying customers and active users do CV Hunt and GoBiDx currently have?
We are transparent that commercial traction is still early stage. Both platforms are
live and operational at cvhunt.co and gobidx.com. We have a growing registered and freemium user base;
paid conversion is what we are scaling through founder-led activity in Bangladesh and through Country
Partners internationally. Paying customers are a smaller base today — not thousands of dollars of mature
global MRR — which is exactly why we are expanding through local partners rather than pretending we are
already at scale in every country.
What was your approximate revenue over the last twelve months?
Meaningful commercial revenue activity is recent — on the order of months, not years of scaled history.
We do not present IMEX Bangla as a mature global SaaS with twelve months of large recurring revenue.
The opportunity for a Country Partner is to enter a territory together and share upside as the market
grows, with product and infrastructure already built on the HQ side.
Which countries already have Country Partners? Can I speak with two or three existing partners?
We do not yet have long-running, publicly referenceable Country Partners with multi-year track records.
The program is in active rollout, with serious discussions in several regions. We cannot today offer
reference calls with two or three existing Country Partners. What we can offer now is this deck, live
product demos, direct discussion with the founder, the CP Terms summary, this FAQ, and a written
agreement draft before territory activation. We intend to support reference conversations once the first
partners are live and agree to be referenced.
Do you have case studies from existing Country Partners?
Not yet in the Country Partner sense — the partner program is new. We can share product demos, typical
use cases for employers and procurement teams, how we see market entry working with a local partner,
and our mutual 90-day implementation planning approach after go-live. Your territory is generally a
first-mover partnership with HQ, not joining an already-saturated partner-led market.
Are there already customers or active users in my country?
In most partner territories there is no meaningful prior HQ commercial footprint. We
enter through the Country Partner, not by running a parallel direct sales team in your country while you
are exclusive partner. Bangladesh is operated directly by the founder today; international territories
are intended to be partner-led. Your market build starts with you once the territory is activated.
Will I have exclusive commercial rights? Will HQ sell directly in my territory?
Phase 1 (90-day Non-Exclusive): Legal non-exclusivity, but HQ will
not appoint another Country Partner in your country during the 90 days — you hold the active
slot to hit the USD 2,000 NTR gate.
Phase 2 (Exclusive CP): After conversion, you hold exclusive commercial rights for CV Hunt
and GoBiDx in that country. HQ will not appoint another Country Partner for the same country and will not
operate a parallel direct sales team targeting your territory during exclusivity. Inbound interest should
be referred to you where practicable. Exclusivity remains tied to Schedule B performance and compliance;
fraud, billing bypass, or material breach can affect exclusivity immediately as defined in the contract.
If the partnership is terminated, what happens to customers and revenue?
Treatment of customer relationships and revenue share on existing paying accounts is defined in the signed
Country Partner Agreement, including any transition period after termination. Our
intention is good faith: the market you build in your territory should be respected, and we do not
design the program so HQ arbitrarily takes over partner-built relationships. If either side becomes
inactive or fails to perform against agreed standards, the agreement sets out discussion, cure, and
termination paths — including the Day 90 mutual implementation review and later exit notice periods where
applicable.
What are the legal company details of IMEX Bangla?
The contracting entity is IMEX BANGLA LIMITED, registered in Bangladesh. Full
registration details, authorised signatory, and bank instructions are provided in the formal Country
Partner Agreement and diligence pack before signing and before territory activation.
Products under the partnership are CV Hunt (cvhunt.co) and GoBiDx (gobidx.com), operated by HQ.
What marketing materials, business guidance, and strategic support do you provide?
HQ provides digital sales and marketing materials (decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, email and messaging
templates, social templates), demo accounts, onboarding support, a partner operations guideline, business
guidance on segments and pricing approach, co-branded assets where appropriate, localization help for
materials when there is clear local demand, and consideration of country-specific product requests where
commercially viable. HQ also provides the live platforms, billing infrastructure, hosting, and product
updates.
You lead local execution: meetings, follow-ups, closures, running campaigns with the assets we supply,
local social presence, events and introductions where you have relationships, and first-line support in
your language and time zone with escalation to HQ within twenty-four to forty-eight hours on technical or
billing issues.
Does HQ pay for local advertising or marketing in my country?
Not as standard. In Phase 1, office, campaigns, and team are your choice — HQ does not
fund them, and your share is 50/50 on Net Territory Revenue through global billing. In
Exclusive CP, you invest in office, campaigns, gateways, and team/Ambassadors while
earning 65% of Net Territory Revenue. HQ does not fund salaries, paid media, PR, or
events unless we separately agree co-marketing in writing.
How do customers pay, and how do I receive my share and remit HQ’s 35%?
Phase 1: subscriptions are collected through IMEX global checkout on the
official platform — you do not need a local SMS or payment gateway yet. You retain 50% of Net Territory
Revenue and remit HQ’s 50% each month by the agreed method.
Exclusive CP: payments are collected through your local payment gateway
configured on the platform. You retain 65% and remit 35%. All subscription sales must run through
official platform billing. Side payments or offline subscription bypass are not permitted.
Can I set my own prices in my country?
Public pricing on cvhunt.co and gobidx.com in Bangladesh is a reference only, not the
mandatory price for your territory. You may propose territory-specific pricing that reflects purchasing
power and competition. HQ must approve local prices in writing before they go live. Promotional pricing
below agreed floors also requires HQ approval. Display and charge currency are configured for your
territory after gateway setup.
What are the onboarding requirements before and after signing?
Before final signing, you are expected to validate the opportunity yourself: use the demo environment,
submit a written go-live requirements report, agree an item-wise delivery timeline in a Go-Live Scope
Annex, prepare a draft 90-day mutual implementation plan (Schedule B), and complete pre-sign business
documents (registration, tax ID, signatory ID, bank details, and related items in the checklist we
provide). HQ does not ask you to sign before you have seen written terms and completed your own market
judgment.
After Phase 1 signing (Non-Exclusive agreement), HQ activates territory access, CP admin panel, and agreed
onboarding steps per the Go-Live Scope Annex — without requiring an upfront payment to HQ on
that path. Phase 1 uses IMEX global billing; local SMS/OTP and payment gateways are
connected when you move to Exclusive CP (unless your signed Phase 1 agreement states
otherwise). You execute Schedule B with HQ’s strategic and technical support during the first ninety days
after go-live, including the USD 2,000 NTR gate checkpoints.
How long does territory go-live take after signing?
HQ commits to complete territory go-live within approximately seven to ten business days
after the Phase 1 Non-Exclusive agreement is signed and pre-go-live deliverables are in
place — sooner if practicable — for items in your signed Go-Live Scope Annex. On the standard
90-day Non-Exclusive path, go-live does not wait on an upfront payment to
HQ. Partners on already-signed agreements with different commercial terms follow their
signed contract. Delays caused by missing Partner-side dependencies are excluded from HQ timelines.
What happens at the Day 90 review?
Within ninety days after territory go-live, both parties complete a written Mutual
Implementation Review against Schedule B and the USD 2,000 NTR gate. If the gate
is met, the typical outcome is signing the Exclusive Country Partner Agreement (Phase 2).
If not, outcomes include cure, adjust Schedule B in writing, or exit — HQ may then consider another partner.
Later in the term, either party may also terminate on agreed notice where the contract allows.
Is this an equity investment, a franchise, or employment?
None of the above in the usual sense. This is an independent commercial partnership.
You are not an employee of IMEX Bangla and you do not receive shares in HQ. There is no guaranteed salary or
minimum income from HQ — your earnings come from the 65%
share of Net Territory Revenue you generate, minus your own business costs. You operate as your own
business entity in your country subject to local law.
Do I need a dedicated office, sales team, and paid ad budget before I start?
You must have or arrange financial capacity to operate commercially in the territory,
but a fixed large office, dedicated team, or paid campaign budget is not a mandatory precondition in the
standard agreement. Performance is measured against your signed Schedule B milestones. Many partners use
existing office capacity and networks at the start and scale team and marketing as revenue grows. Our
online application self-check asks honestly whether you can commit time, local presence, and some
investment — we prefer partners who treat this as a real business, not a passive side link.
What if I cannot invest much cash before we start?
The default path for new international partners is designed for that: 90-day
Non-Exclusive agreement, no upfront payment to HQ, and the
USD 2,000 Net Territory Revenue gate (USD 350 · USD 700 · USD 950 monthly) to
pre-qualify for Exclusive CP. You still need commercial capacity for local ops and
customer acquisition — but you are not asked to wire USD 2,000 to HQ to “buy” the territory.
Can one partner cover multiple countries in a single agreement?
Each signed agreement covers one country only. If you later wish to add another
country, that requires a separate agreement under the same standard template. Strong performance in one
territory may be considered in good faith when discussing another, but it creates no automatic right to
additional countries. Some introducers help HQ find partners in other markets under separate introducer
arrangements — that is not the same as multi-country exclusivity in one CP contract.
