01 International expansion through Country Partners

CV Hunt and GoBiDx are already live products. We want trusted local partners — not distant headquarters — to open and grow each country. You know the language, culture, and business networks. We provide the technology, product updates, and central support so you can focus on customers.

What you would do (key responsibilities)

• Promote CV Hunt and GoBiDx in your country
• Build relationships with employers, recruiters, consultants, training providers, and business groups
• Develop local partnerships and business networks
• Support customer sign-up and subscription growth
• Offer first-line help in local language and time zone; escalate technical or billing issues to us within 24–48 hours
• Share a simple monthly progress update (users, conversions, revenue)
• Build a small local team if and when the market expands

Revenue sharing

• We believe in rewarding partners who drive real growth
• Phase 1 (90-day Non-Exclusive): 50% / 50% on Net Territory Revenue · Exclusive CP: 65% / 35%
• Final percentage is confirmed in the signed partnership agreement for your country
• All billing runs through the platform — transparent and trackable

Local investment Phase 1 vs Exclusive

• Phase 1: promote as you choose — office, paid campaigns, and hiring are optional; IMEX global billing applies
• Exclusive CP: office, digital campaigns, team and/or Local Ambassadors, local gateways, and growth spend — borne by the Partner, not funded by IMEX BANGLA

Note: Bangladesh is operated directly by the founder — partner territories are international.

• Continuous technical development, hosting, and maintenance
• AI feature upgrades and platform improvements
• Onboarding support, demo access, and partner portal / CP admin panel
• Approved marketing materials and business guidance
• Strategic support for local market expansion
• Country-specific feature requests considered where commercially viable
• Reserved territory slot in Phase 1; exclusive territory rights after validation

What stays with us (clear boundaries)

• Product pricing and core platform features are set centrally
• Country Partners do not hold equity in CV Hunt or GoBiDx
• All customer payments go through the official platform billing
• Honest marketing and compliance with local laws are required

• Our growth plan targets 30 countries by end of 2026 — Bangladesh live today, partner-led rollout across MENA, Africa & South Asia
